MY WORKOUT ROUTINE

I am just a beginner in wanting to take this seriously, so my current daily goal is:

25* pushups

2* minute plank

25* pullups

15* bicep curls

15* arnold curls

25* weighted lunges

15* tricep kickbacks

* numbers may vary, the goal is set, and I either do more or less based on how much I am able to handle.

Currently, I like to try my best to workout as much as I am capable of doing due to my busy schedule.
